Mike McGuire
Mike joined The Hesler Company in 1991.  He is a 1978 graduate of Iowa State University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.  He was with Honeywell for 4 years prior to joining The Hesler Company, Inc.

Jeff Smith, P.E.
Jeff joined The Hesler Company in 1999.  He is a 1983 graduate of The University of Illinois with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.  He was with Black & Veatch Engineers for 16 years prior to joining The Hesler Company, Inc.  Jeff is a Professional Engineer registered in the states of Kansas, Kentucky, and Colorado.

Steve Harvey

Steve joined The Hesler Company in 2004.  He is a 1989 graduate of The University of Kansas with a degree in business administration. 

Marty Bauer
Marty runs The Hesler Company "parts department" and supports power plants in Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska and Iowa with their replacement parts and system upgrade needs.

Megan is the administrative assistant for The Hesler Company.

Steve Bailey
Steve joined The Hesler Company in 1964.  He is a 1960 graduate of Cornell University with a B.S in Mechanical Engineering.  He was with Westinghouse for 4 years prior to joining The Hesler Company, Inc.  Steve retired in June 1999.

Jim McPhilliamy
Jim joined The Hesler Company in 1974 after a 13 year career with Combustion Engineering.  He is a 1963 graduate of New York University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.  Jim retired in 1995.
